Print Quality is excellent, a % of the pens have a off black color vs black ink.
The process was easy. They helped improve the design of my custom notebook by giving me great ideas and feedback. The sample they delivered was perfect and each of the notebooks in the bulk order where exactly like the sample. Production was fast and shipping went well too, the bulk shipment that traveled via sea arrived 3 days before the eta.
